LIcensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Works under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and manager.  LPN's will provide nursing services to clients as directed by each client's plan of care.

Qualifications:

• Displays a kind and compassionate attitude towards the disabled and the elderly demonstrated by previous experience
• Must be licensed in the state of Indiana and on active status ,in good standing
• At least one year experience in the health care industry is preferred, especially in home supportive services, but not required.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered nurses will ensure that quality care is provided to clients, while maintaining clinical compliance.  RN's may also oversee training of field staff and supervise the work of LPN's.

Qualifications:

• Displays a kind and compassionate attitude towards the disabled and the elderly demonstrated by previous experience
• Must have a four-year college degree from an accredited institution, or have an RN certificate from an accredited institution.
• Must have a current RN license in the state of Indiana, active and in good standing.
• Must have at least one year experience in home supportive services or a related field.
