is pleased to announce a strategic partnership that allows us to offer the QuietCareSM Health Security System. This new service combines Servant's Heart’s professional oversight, assessment and intervention with sophisticated technology that enables your elderly loved one to live more safely and independently; while providing you with real peace of mind.

QuietCare works as a 24/7 early detection/early warning system that determines whether a loved one is safe, and recognizes emerging problems before they become emergencies. And if there is a problem, it automatically lets our professionals know, enabling prompt, appropriate intervention.

The system utilizes small, wireless activity sensors – about the size of Magic Markers -- strategically placed in the home. There are no video cameras or microphones to intrude on the seniors' lives, and seniors are not required to wear anything, push anything, or change their normal routines. The system is both unobtrusive and senior-respectful, and can summon help even when they can’t.

The QuietCare system “learns” each individual’s normal patterns, and checks whether a loved one has exited the bedroom, navigated the bathroom safely, prepared their meals, and handled their medication. It also provides Servant's Heart’s professionals with other measures that are important early warning indicators of emerging problems.

When the QuietCare system determines there is a potential problem, alerts automatically go out to our professionals. (They can also go to family caregivers.) And, in the case of potential bathroom falls, possible non-wake-ups, and other urgent situations, help is promptly summoned via our partner, Living Independently Group, Inc.

Servant's Heart can check on an elderly client’s condition any time of the day or night via a secure website that tracks and displays every client’s status. (Family can also have password-protected access to their loved-one’s QuietCare web page, where they can know immediately – via QuietCare’s easy-to-understand color-coded display – their loved-one’s condition.)
